GAK PLAN is the next chapter of the company Agamemnon Kikerakis & CO GENERAL PARTNERSHIP, which built its portfolio and experience around business reorganization and development. However, along that journey they came to realise the magnitude of real estate investments in business growth.
The vision was to become the link between Greek exclusive real estate and international investors.
The need, a Brand restyle based on a fresh visual strategy.
The challenge was the brand restyle had to accommodate all segments B2B, B2C & B2E.
How did we do that?
The first step is to dive deep into the account and learn as much as possible about the business, the target audiences and the goals the company would like to reach. Once we understood what makes them unique, we wanted to use creative elements to communicate their Unique Selling Points.
We introduced a colour palette with both darker and lighter shades that could be used in different combinations in order to attract the different audiences. The dark rich navy blue was used to promote the seriousness, experience and organisational sides of the business while the lighter siel and lila shades inspired by Greek natural elements for softness, modernity and to inspire that they are an accessible friendly team. We also created 2 versions of a square logo with interchangeable colours for the same reason.
GAK PLAN’s brand restyle was a really creative project that allowed us not only to retouch and bring to life a contemporary look but also transfer it onto marketing collateral, print and digital!
